Big Dog Seat Belt Company produces custom-built dog seat belts designed for use in vehicles.
Our products are designed with safety, strength, comfort, and proper fit in mind. However, no dog restraint can guarantee that a dog will not be injured or killed in a vehicle accident.
Orders are generally processed after payment is received. Because our seat belts are custom-built, production and shipping times may vary.
We reserve the right to contact a customer if additional information or clarification is needed to complete an order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Big Dog Seat Belt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
You do not need to provide a reason for the return.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Every Big Dog Seat Belt is custom-built. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information when placing an order.
However, our 30-day No Questions Asked Guarantee applies to custom-built products as well.
If the product doesn't fit your dog, you don't like the fit, you change your mind, or you simply decide it isn't right for you, return it within 30 days and we'll refund the purchase price. No questions asked.
If you believe your Big Dog Seat Belt needs a different size or adjustment, please contact us before returning it. We will do our best to help you find the right solution.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes or improvements to our products, materials, or manufacturing methods without notice.
