This started with a dog named Domino...

Domino was a beautiful three-year old Dalmatian.

She was riding in the back seat with her best friend. Both the driver and Domino were wearing seat belts.

Then came the deer.

The corner.

The crash.

The vehicles seat belt protected the driver.

Domino's restraint did not.

She escaped the vehicle after the crash, and despite an extensive search, she was never found.

That experience changed everything.

Absolutely - Crash / Sled 30 mph Testing using a 110 lb surrogate test dog to ***MVSS 213 Standards. Performed at UMTRI - University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute. 

***This is the Gold Standard used for premium harness protection in an accident. 

No other dog seat belt or harness has been crash tested at this 110 lb. level

IMPORTANT: A Crash Test at 75 pounds and 110 pounds are not the same test. 

This 35 pound difference equals an increase of 30% or 1100 pounds of crash force. This can be the diffence in your dogs survivability or risk of severe even fatal injuries in an accident.

Because large dogs and growing puppies vary significantly by breed. Size, shape, weight, build and body strength are important factors to consider - your dogs safety depends on a proper fit.

This Seat Belt Syatem is specifically designed for medium and large powerful breeds where standard products often fail. A dog under 30 pounds should be protected by a soft sided carrier. Never by a dog seat belt or harness.


We will Custom - Build a Big Dog Seat Belt for any dog over 30 pounds.

Yes - the Shoulder and Chest is adjustable to accomodate for average growth and dietary or exercise fluctuation. The body length is not adjustable - This is the core and the strength section of the Big Dog Seat Belt -not adjustable for safety.. A proper fit is vital for your dogs safety during an accident or emergency stop
